All my letters were coming in blank, nothing on them at all & the header said no message selected, I wrote several times to VIP support & had no reply, so all I could do was re format which was a complete pain! but it solved it.
These instructions came from a member in another group who had the same problem & got a reply from VIP Support.
This is what to do:
1. Close Incredimail right down, right click on the orange envelope in the task bar & chose exit
2. Go to
3. C:\Documents and Settings\Your Profile (Logon Name)\Local Settings\Application Data\IM\Identities (Long Number)\Message Store
4. Delete both the Inbox.imm and inbox.imh files
5. Delete both the Deleted Items.imm and Deleted Items.imh files
6. Open Incredimail again
This completely solved my probl;em & luckily I saved this letter because it happened again last week & I treated it the same way with good results,
