Try using the Search bar first.
Click on the Search button at the top and enter one keyword.
Let's say that your Flood Fill Tool is giving you a problem.
Type in the word "Flood" into the SearchBar next to where it
says Find.
Then click on the "Get It !!" Button.
Below the search bar in the FAQS Found box will be the
list of topics that match your keyword.
Click on the ones that is closest to the problem you are
experiencing.
You will have 3 options, click back,print the answer or email.
Can't find the answer or the one that works?
Click the QUESTIONS BUTTON up top and send us a description
of the problem that you are having. We will answer ASAP!

If you give up and want to send me your question...press the question
button on top. Consider that if the proper info is
given to me the more accurate my answer will be. LOL

If you have a technical problem, what are your system details? 
Exactly what's happening right now, & what were you doing before this happened? 
Got printer or video problems?  Do you have the latest drivers installed? 
What other programs have you got running in the background? 
Has you installed or uninstalled anything new lately that could have contributed? 
Are you seeing files accumulating and piling up in your Windows TEMP folder? (Dump them all) 
Always include as much precise information as you can get your paws on! 
Always include the version of PSP you are using. (Menu> Help >About Paint Shop Pro) 
Have you run your Scan Disk & Defrag lately to check for system problems & tidy up?
PSP is fairly stable & won't usually flake, unless there were other conflicts first.
