1 Sometimes the new balloon will not be there if the maker of the 
stationery saves to IM first and then saves to Letter Creator.
Usually by just resaving in the proper order will correct the 
situation... save on the left button, then the right..or
save the master in LC then save to IM.
It doesn't always have this effect, but it does do it randomly to
some. 
Things they never tell you eh'?

2 I have seen where someone has not updated their IM and are several
builds behind in updating theirs. The difference between the builds
can also cause this problem. Have the maker update their IM to the
current build that everyone else is using.

3 In IM click on Tools/Options/Security/ Click the button that
says Block external images..
Don't forget to change it back though because you are also
blocking Yahoo ads... If yahoo checks up on you they will kick your
free
service to the curb!
