2 Uninstall Incredimail completely
3 Go to Start/Run and click on run
4 Type in regedit
5 A box will pop open.
Scroll all the way to the top to My Computer and click on it.

6 Go up to Edit and down to Find and a box will pop open
7 Type in incredi and click on the button Find Next.
It will go to the first instance of Incredimail on your computer.
Right click on it and click on Delete or hit Delete on your keyboard

8 Click F3 on your keyboard and it will go to the next instance of
incredimail, delete it and continue deleting it until you have
deleted all of incredimail from the registry.
   Make sure you have delete the incrdimail folders on
the right in the registry too but ONLY the incredimail folders!

If you do this correctly it will take a very looooong time!
Reboot your computer.
Download the newest incredimail and install it and you
should have it back working the way it should.
