Please follow these steps in order to solve your Sending and Receiving
problem:
1. Remove your email account from IncrediMail.
Go to: Tools -> Accounts.
Select the account that does not work and click on Remove.
2. IncrediMail allows you to import your e-mail account settings from other
e-mail programs on your computer.
If you have this e-mail account configured in another e-mail program do the
following:
Open IncrediMail.
Go to:
Tools -> Accounts.
Click on Add.
Select: Automatically configure settings.
Click on Next.
In the new window, select the e-mail program you do not have any problem
sending and receiving mail from.
Click Finish.
Click OK.
Double click on the new account that was created in IncrediMail.
Go to the Servers section and insert your Password for that account.
Click OK and try to send and receive mail.
3. If you do not have this e-mail account configured in another e-mail
program configure your account again.

Note: Make sure that the password that you have entered is identical to the
one your email provider has given you.
