The latest version of Earthlink - Earthlink Total Access 2005 - is not fully compatible with IncrediMail. We are currently working with Earthlink to resolve
 this issue as soon as possible, and we apologize for the temporary 
inconvenience. 
 
In the meantime, you can solve the problem by uninstalling
 Earthlink 2005 and reinstalling Earthlink 2004.
