I am going to use one of my siggy tags as an example of the 
message I am trying to get across. 
Tag name is SMILEB~35.  Say I wanted to use the tag and got 
the message that it was corrupt to try downloading it again.
 What I do is click start, click search, click on all files and folders 
(first make sure that you do not have any hidden files).
Next I type in the name of the image I am looking for
 
Then I click on search.
Next when the name your are searching for comes up 
click stop to stop your search.
 
 you can see the orange IM envelope with the name of the file.
Next double click on the orange envelope.
 
 
Then it will show downloading content (into incredimail.  
Once this has completed.
Then right click on the second envelope (with the arrow) 
and click delete. then click yes to confirm delete. 
(don' know why, was just doing what I was told to do.) 
Since this is a tag, it either will go to my collection 
because that is where it went.
  If you don't see it there then look where you had moved it too.
